REVIEW: Wet n Wild Megalast Lip Color haul, part 2

Part 2 of my WNW Megalast Lip Color haul features the darker shades that I've bought, and since I am ALL ABOUT DA DARK COLORS, I'm pretty excited to be writing this! Let's get it on! Woohoo!

Ravin' Raisin

I got this because I wanted a purple lipstick. I was initially eyeing Revlon Matte Balm in Shameless, but it was too darn expensive for me.

This is a light plum shade.

Now, I'm not saying that Ravin' Raisin is a dupe. Far from it: Shameless is bolder! But this is a more wearable shade of violet for the less adventurous.

Cinnamon Spice

Ah, another favorite. Cinnamon Spice is a dark, wine-colored lippie that's perfect for everyday use.

I thought it was similar to my Revlon Super Lustrous in Wine with Everything, but upon swatching, Cinnamon Spice is way darker.

Cherry Bomb

This is practically the reason why I bought these lipsticks in the first place :p
Cherry Bomb is a very dark red that gives you a vampy look. It's a little patchy, but then, I've learned to expect that from really dark shades.

I'm so excited to wear Ravin' Raisin and Cherry Bomb! I'll use any excuse to wear these <3 (I can't wear 'em in the office, as I work in a rather conservative company.)

In general...
The packaging is made of lightweight plastic which feels flimsy in the hand. The lipstick wiggle during application, making me afraid that they'll break off. Oh, and did I mention that the tube doesn't twist all the way down, making it insanely easy for me to chip the lipstick when I'm removing or putting back the cap? FIX THIS, WNW!

All WNW Megalast Lip Colors are rather dry during application, and tug on my lips. They dry to a semi-matte finish. They don't transfer easily, but staying power is only around 2-3 hours.

Price: 3 for PhP500.00 from The Glam Girl Shoppe (Instagram seller).
Verdict: 100% A+ would buy again!
